After decades in the insurance industry, we shifted our focus in 2013 to specialize in Medicare, realizing the unique challenges and opportunities this area presents. Harlan & Associates LLC was founded by Donna Harlan and Janie Sanders in 2023 to address the growing need for guidance in the senior market, specifically within Medicare.
Our mission is simple: to assist individuals as they transition into Medicare, providing expert advice and support for understanding the choices available. We understand that the decisions made at this stage of life can have a lasting impact on financial well-being, and we’re here to make sure you are informed and confident in those decisions.

We specialize in helping seniors with life insurance (including final expense policies) and long-term care insurance. These products are essential to ensure that you and your family are protected from the high costs of extended care and other unexpected expenses.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently, we represent 7 organizations which offer products in your area. We are certified with a variety of major carriers and can offer hospital indemnity plans, final expense policies, and more.

Navigating Medicare and retirement options can be confusing, especially when you factor in penalties for not enrolling in Part B or Part D on time.
